Smaller school coaches vs. Big program assistants

    I think if we Bulls want a legit X & O coach, we need to look toward smaller school coaches (who are winning in the tournament). Those guys win with great floor coaching and team chemistry. BPAs, we just don't know how they will do when they run their own program.

     

    On the other hand, BPAs have that experience from watching and being involved in how things are done at the highest level.

    how doesnt an ad especially a new ad have a list of  top candidates in his pocket?

    I know you know the answer to that. He is a west coach guy that has been basking in the LA Sun. Of course he has a list of top candidates. He has that covered. He is one of your guys.
