I think we should just hire internally. Make Jose Hernandez the men's head coach! The guy just wins!

Jose is too tuff for the Mens BB team, They are used to Heath (Unicorns , puppy dawgs and roses)  Jose would yell and demand them to be better and they would be butt hurt.

No coach who has had so many good defensive teams is a unicorn, puppy dogs, and roses type of guy. He had a too calm demeanor on the sidelines that is true, but don't hate on the man so much.
