Do we still pay Stan if he gets a job?

Does anybody know? Or did we do another "one of those" contracts?

 

With so many smaller schools looking coaches, I'm hoping he lands a job.

I think maybe it's a case where USF cashes him out with a lump sum.

Why is that even a question? Of course we do. We fired him. It's not much different than most separation clauses in most management contracts, except for possibly the amount.

Most other schools say you will be paid as long as you are out of work. If you find another job we will guarantee you that amount per year.

 

So if you are guaranteed 500k and you find a job paying 300k, we pay you the difference.  USF says we will pay you 500k no matter what.
