Pearl's income will not stop at the 2+ mill he's getting from the University. I'm sure some the same donors that fill the duffle bags carried by the infamous AU bagmen are sliding cash to a Pearl on the side as well.

Not hating at all just saying that we couldn't afford him since AU obviously made him a priority. The off the books money and automatic endorsement money at AU would put him way out of USF's price bracket. That's not even beginning to take under consideration what would have happened if we got into a bidding war.....

Wouldn't you like to know  ;)   Let's just say big women/men in high places.  I'm in the know before most and catch the details not for regular consumption as they bleed out.  I don't share much.  Another tidbit, they've been hung up on one individual........I hope they can get him or USF is scrambling.  And like baUSFkid, that's all I'm saying, till it comes out in the funny papers.

File under delusions of grandeur.

I didn't think Pearl's contract was that great. $2.1 mill a year I think I saw.
