People discussing Pearl to Auburn is a meltdown?

Too much drama, you want a meltdown, go back to threads about McNeese State or when Leavitt would lose a conference game.

It wasn't a melt down.  However, we have several people on here that believe that we can get any coach, recruit, etc. we want and if we don't it's a failure by USF.

Best CURRENTLY UNEMPLOYED candidate is off the board. You're up Harlan.

FIFY. We are shirley looking at some employed candidates as well. Hope our eventual hire works out better for us than Pearl does for Auburn. Of course, if Auburn goes to the Final Four next year, the board will melt down. Again.

Don't call us shirley, i prefer laverne

Auburn will be luky to make the tournament next year. The guy can not use his cheating recruiting to get players. Why is this so hard to understand? The first part of winning is getting players that can actually play. This guy did that by cheating, do you think the NCAA will not be watching Auburn like a hawk? Mighty funny the University in the spot light more then anyone for breaking the rules hires a cheater. Auburn and Pearl are a perfect match.  He was never coming here.

Also the guy has to complete change his style of coaching. The only league his physical style of play would work in these days is the Big Ten. Basketball is now a finesse sport gone are the days of the physical game. We can all thank the NBA and their wanting to "protect the stars" soft rules for that.

He cheated at green bay? He cheated at Tennessee when he took the same team that went 14 and 17 to the ncaa his 1st season at the helm? No player turnover or anything.

This guy can coach basketball. That is all

Why are we making excuses for USF missing out on Pearl?

This is just another example of USF dropping the ball. Auburn is going to do well.

Hopefully, this is the last mistake.

Pray tell, exactly how did USF drop the ball?
