I kind of disagree with this as the NFL draft has been about looking at the player's character. I get what you say yhat Talib may be the better player, but he sure as heck not the better person off the field then Jenkins. Bucs ignored all the trouble that Talib got at Kansas, and then they ended up paying for it. That would have been advoided if they would have drafted Jenkins instead. So it was the Bucs loss.
