If the powers that be want a big name hire, as is being speculated, then yes.

If the name is proven winner then yes we will. And CWT better not be upset about it. If anything it will motivate CWT even more to start winning big and get that new higher contract. I love the way USF is setting this up.

CWT will not get upset. I've gotten the impression from him that he is a fiercely competitive and strong coach. He won't accept mediocrity. He lives for competition and winning.

CWT is a class act and he would not. And that is why I was laughing at some other USF fans for suggesting to me that CWT may get upset. I just told them that it will add another spart to an already motivated CWT if anything. CWT knows that winning will produce a bigger pay day as it should be.

CWT will get a new deal when he earns himself a new deal.

Right now, he hasn't done anything to deserve a new deal, nor does he deserve to be fired yet. Great teams are built in more than a single season.

Agree with this.

No deal for CWT until he puts a winning season together. Hopefully the days of rewarding losing seasons are behind us.
