(Bye Doug, Bye Skip, Bye Stan). Prado needs to be worried, Talent rich state and underperforming will cost you your job. Don't be surprised to see him canned at the end of the year if we don't win the conference and or make the post season. Glad someone at USF finally grew a pair and is holding coaches accountable. Coach Heath at least had 2 ncaa tournament wins to point to just 2 years ago. We've finished in second place in our conference once under Prado.

Guest PCBull14
Prado's seat is on fire and Taggart's is being doused with an accelerant. Bout ******* time!! Taggart seat is about as coldl as it gets. No one and I mean NO ONE would have won 6 games coaching what he had to work with last season. We should be lucky we won more then one. Look what Skip already did to the La Tech program, our program suffered three years of that crap.

And another Bullspen acolyte who faults unpaid USF athletes for the failures of million dollar coaches. Taggarts seat is red hot (as it should be) and it will get infinitely hotter if losses pile up next year. Why do some of you think that CWT is some sort of teflon coach who is immune to his poor coaching decisions and his horrible losses against low quality opponents? It's ******* mind boggling..........the level of ignorance displayed at times. 1

His seat is not hot yet, nor should it be. If next season is not an improvement, it may get warm going into his third season.

If he wins 4 or more this year he's still not close to being on the hot seat. Only way I see him possibly being fired this year is not winning a single game. That is a game changer. If he only wins four games, he will not be here for the 2015 season. If he's at .500, he probably gets more time. If he continues to lose at home, he won't be here in 2015. Some of you have no clue as to the dire straights that our donor list has become......no clue whatsoever. Clocks ticking CWT..........

Nor would we want an environment where motivation was driven by threat of loss of job. A true leader has ways to inspire his coaches to success. Secondarily, it's comforting to know if that does not work there is a Plan B to keep the program moving. We need to change the culture in the Athletic Department and as fans.
