This is true. Rudd is one of the best players ever to play at USF. Which tells you all you need to know about the futility that is USF basketball. I think he gets a serious look.

I think he gets a serious look. My take, he has the physical attributes but don't think he is a good enough scorer to offset his bad defense in the NBA. You need to fill it up if you play D like him. D league or overseas maybe. Would you take Victor Rudd or Isaiah Sykes? Sykes is more a guard/small forward but has better stats Edited March 13, 2014 by Sellular1

Gave me by far my best time as a student during his sophomore year with highlight dunk after highlight dunk helping lead us to the tourney. He's got to be up there with the most number 1 plays by a college athlete on SC. He was a very good college player, arguably a USF great and was a pretty decent guy. Wish him the very best. I agree, and I think he'll be more likely to find success overseas initially. Hopefully, I'm wrong and he gets drafted into the NBA right away, or, alternatively, he's able to play his way into the NBA from overseas.

I thought that dictated the outcome of the game. Instead, after the misses Rutgers pulled away to a 5 point lead. Yes, anybody could of missed those, but he has been there before and seen it before. A team leader makes those and wills his team to a win. During our tourney run, he didn't have to be a leader as there were others filling in those roles, but last year and especially this year he's had no choice but to be that guy. And IMHO, he failed in that category. I apologize for picking on a single Bull (he is a Bull through and through no doubt), but there is so much more in Victor Rudd and he doesn't even realize it. He's had four years to figure it out, but he's never really matured. His upside are his physical tools, and his downside is definitely his maturity/mental toughness.
