SAd to see Mayes not play this year.  Watson moving over to DT really helped to soften this blow.  Mike Love is at a good weight. Demtrius Hill looks like a beast. Eric Lee is buff. Then you have V. Jackson coming in who has pretty decent size already. Rohan is actually not that far off physically to play. So this is not as bad as it seems.  Mitchell Wright may have never played a down. Good luck to him.

I meant Watson to DE

 

Odd...is Watson quick enough to play DE?  Guess we'll see.

The same.  He's enrolled here and will have 4 years eligibility remaining.

Good question, he was originally a 2013 recruit and missed that season and went to prep school. What I'm not sure about is if he went to prep school and missed the 2013 season, does that prep school year count as a red shirt, or is it a wash since it wasn't JUCO? Either way, he's going to be out of the game for 2 years. We're thin at DE and he would've definitely contributed this year. It's a horrible blow.
