When I left the baseball game last night it was 2nd half of the soccer game, the crowd was still there and very into the match.. I think I saw a boxscore showing attendance of 1800 or so. Too bad they couldn't somehow incorporate Corbett being the home stadium for the Rowdies. Very similar color scheme. Had them contribute some funds into the stadium to make it a little bigger. Corbett fits 2000. Rowdies avg attendance is 4k. I know its a stretch, plus logistics and all.. but it would have been nice!

I still run into Mike Connell and Farrukh Quraishi from time-to-time.

Some grass seating is OK, but seats are a big selling point.

I would imagine that when they were building Corbett (with the Rowdies joining/participating,) it would have been designed differently from the start to accommodate the extra seating (and other amenities.) Oh well... just a pipe dream

The men's team consistently pulls enough fans to make it worth it.
