What happened to Michael Dyer?

Just curious, if there are any Lville fans out there, or others in the know.

 

He saw some action early in the season, but hasn't touched the ball (or played?) in the past 2 games (including v USF), and only had 1 carry for 3 yards v UCF 3 games ago.

 

Is he injured? Or just can't crack the 2 deep (admittedly, Lville's top RBs are doing well this year.

 

I was really hoping to get him this year, even if 1 & done, and even moreso when Shaw went down.  But I'm wondering if he's going to be a bust, or why the lack of playing time (or, could be like Bryce Brown, with almost no yardage at K State, yet still getting drafted and doing fairly well in the NFL).

 

Anyone have any insight?

It was a three headed monster early, but the one RB took over the role so Dyer is the third string RB.
