I'd bet the state attorney, Willie Meggs, who had this mess dumped in his lap yesterday after Tallahassee Police Dept has had case for almost a year, is super ticked off at TPD.  Meggs is an FSU alumnus and he has to get elected by voters in Tallahassee to keep his job.  In fairness to everyone, Meggs needs to act on this whole matter real quick.

If there was nothing to this a year ago, then there shouldn't be any more to it right now. I'm sure the fact that FSU is #2 and Winston is the frontrunner for the Heisman has something to do with it... Whoever the supposed victim is wants some money...

I do t even understand how his name got associated with this. Because he might look like the person described by the victim. From what I read linking Winston to this case is completely ridiculous.
