Can we have tyler gabbert? You all dont seem to be needing him

He left the program last week, focusing on school. Applying to law schools. Bortles number 1, then Justin Holman, then Dinovo

Sorry my mistake.....but after being beamed, I can't fix it. I did not major in message board etiquette.

That was actually a tongue-in-cheek beaming ... ;)

OK good, Thanks, appreciate the consideration.

Unlike others.....I wont complain about it!

USAtoday has placed USF at 121 out of 125. And I have to bring this up, they also placed UCiF at No. 23

Pete, meet Repeat.  Or wait, you're quoting someone else without the commensurate acknowledgement.  Why does Brad allow these choads in?

In conjunction, we made number 8 in their misery index:

8. South Florida: Everybody knew Willie Taggart inherited a mess at South Florida, but at least fans could buy into him as the face of the program.Taggart not only had the Jim Harbaugh pedigree as an assistant at Stanford but did good work in turning around Western Kentucky as a head coach, going 7-5 in 2011 and 2012. But anything Bulls fans had to hold onto in the preseason has been absolutely obliterated with three miserable performances: A 53-21 loss to McNeese State, a 21-6 loss at Michigan State and Saturday's 28-10 loss to Florida Atlantic. The first two could be explained away. You lose an opener, even to an FCS team, maybe you just weren't ready to play and the game got away from you. Obviously, you're not supposed to beat Michigan State. But the Florida Atlantic loss is hard to figure. The Owls had been absolutely inept against Miami andEast Carolina, but they had no problem with South Florida. Maybe USF fans can still believe in Taggart, but it shouldn't be this bad.

If UCF beats SCAR this weekend they could see a 2007 like start similar to the one we had. Would Penn St or SCAR be their Auburn?

He doesn't understand that the UCiF was because of all of their moral victories and if this happened and if that happened , etc

PSU would be the Auburn.... paper team... even AU fans will admit their 2007 team wasn't that good and PSU has been decimated since the scandal. Saturday wasn't that big of an upset... if UCF is as good as they say they are they should have won that game going away.

USC would be their WVU.... win that and you're a legitimate team... to date UCF hasn't beaten anyone this season that's been an eye opener. Knock off a top 10 team and you've arrived.

"For me, I never considered it that way (as a stepping stone), honestly. When I was offered the head job at South Florida, and I'm sincere about this, I never thought I would ever go anywhere."

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
