HM, The person these emails are going to has already confirmed by phone they are being received printed out and given to coach in order to either read or get to the team members. They are greatly appreciated so feel free to go ahead and send one in because yesterday are being received. There is no expected response that they are received but I am staying in touch with the person you are getting them to and trust me they are being received.
