You gotta like his attitude... such a young guy but he works hard and doesn't showboat.  I'd use a top 5 pick if i needed receivers, but i'd probably look for the big run stoppers first.

what top 5 pick in WR has panned out?    

what top qb picks have worked out lately?

top picks are overated with salary cap in place

i would keep trading down and stock piling picks

Peyton Manning and Donovan McNabb and Mike Vick panned out.  I think a franchise QB is tough to pass on but wr is a crapshoot and I wouldnt waste a top 5 pick on one. This draft is loaded with wrs again anyway. If I were a losing team I would trade down for more picks.

Brees was a second round pick.  They traded that first round pick to atlanta who took Vick and SD took Tomlinson with atlantas first rd pick
