I think they really want to do the all black look on Black Friday against USF.

 

Also noticed the little flair on the numbers is the same flair Michigan State uses on theirs (maybe just their Pro Combats, but they are Spartans and have that same little upper-right flair in their numbers.

It looks like they gave an eight year old a paint gun and some masking tape and told him to go to town. I'm halfway surprised there isn't a macaroni knight hot glued to the side of it.

Don't like them at all except for the matte finish on the one. I'd like to see us go that way with our green helmets, something about them just doesn't work.

Nike now makes Pro Combat uniforms for high schools so UCF could have them along with any college team.

Just took a quick look at their message board.

 

The title of the thread says it all: "The new helmets are amazing"

 

Is it just me... or will they like like gold men with a receding hairline?

In reality I think anything is better than that multicolor font on their helmets. I think it really dates the helmet and not in a good way.

 

I think this is the best helmet for them I've seen including the new ones.
