With Ohio State and their cheating, this is a concern? And Penn State, for that matter. Maybe not so much, after all. I'd argue that the Ohio State and Penn State situations are irrelevant in respect to whether this would be enough for the Big Ten to renege on Rutgers. Even with more controversial situations (arguable with Ohio State, no question with Penn State), you're talking about two core members of the Big Ten versus a school just joining the party. With that said, I'd really see no reason for the Big Ten to renege on Rutgers with the problem at hand.
