Tampa-based USF ranked 47th for best online graduate education programs and 22nd for graduate engineering programs.

 

Only degree-granting programs offered 100-percent online were considered, and they were ranked based on student engagement, faculty credentials and training and students services and technology, the report say

Whoa..... I don't mean to be too hard on USF, but the graduate engineering program (at least for mechanical) I think has a ways to go. Some more sophisticated and modern research labs would go a long long way. Maybe for online, non-thesis coursework they are doing things well though.

Also, they only ranked programs where the Entire degree could be attained through online classes.  

I never took a course using APEX, but sat in quite a few classes that had an APEX section, it seemed like a top-notch way to take a class online.
