Must be why it came from the UCF board. Tony Dungy was all set to take the USF job at a paltry (for him) salary. Then someone (presumably Genshaft) walks in a says, "Don't give him the job, we want Coach T". At this point, Mr Dungy agrees to sit in on several interviews for the job that he had already agreed to take? "Sure, I'll help you guys out after you just led me on then rejected me!" Seriously?
