Liked Kevin Patrick a lot, our D Line was terrible this year but he had lots of connections.

Patrick was the DT coach, which are primarily used to stop the run. I can't say the DE's are entirely to blame for the lack of pass rush, but I'd say the DT's weren't terrible. Blame Hargreaves for the horrible DE play.

Couldn't even begin to care less where Hargreaves ends up.

Considering they got his son without him and he was a terrible position and special team coach at USF, I really doubt it.

I'm still weirded out by what just happened. This random number texts me and tells me "He just fired everyone!!!" And I ask who this is and if they were talking about Taggart. Then some lady calls and asks if I'm involved with USF in any way and apologizes. Before she hangs up I ask how she knew about this before bulls247 posted that tweet and she just laughs and says that it may be true or it might not be. Weird.

USF released that info to the entire media contact list at same time. You likely got a text from a goofy media member that put in wrong number.

Who told them that? Willie or Doug? In the end does it really matter? Did they need to sit in on an interview for a job they weren't going to get? It's crappy, but the interviews would have more or less just been a charade anyhow.
