Alabama - 2012

Haha, i wouldn't go as far as usf being anove bama. I think the move from bama to usf is explained by y he fact that bama hired Kevin Steele as the replacement. Someone much more experienced and with whom Saban was very familiar.

So, what you're saying is, even though he brought in the #1 recruiting class, he was fired because Saban thought another guy would be better, and that made him available to us?

Skip Holtz could bring in the #3 class at Alabama. His contributions to their recruiting will be seen this year, not doubting him, but the name Alabama right now is more than enough to get you into any kid's top choices.

Actually was replying to trip.

As noted, Alabama is hot now. How much he had to do with that? Probably little. But he was good enough to get hired there.

The only reason I can see that he is leaving Bama is because they ad other plans. Not a knock on him, just reality.
