I was searching through MITs open courseware a few days ago. The ENTIRE mechanical engineering curriculum is free oline, well, all of the lectures anyway. Was thinking of brushing up on some differential equations, too bad I don't really have the time. Ya MIT has their lectures free. They have basically all classes offered by many of their departments it looked like.

Those giant, free online classes offered by schools like MIT, Yale and Stanford are called Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC). Some schools are considering offering credit for these courses. Interesting read here:

To my knowledge, USF doesn't offer free online courses but I've seen some free audio lectures in iTunes.
