That didn't prevent him from becoming a first round draft pick in the NFL. VHIII didn't just become good overnight. He owes a lot to his dad and other USF coaches, including Skip Holtz, for his DEVELOPMENT. So, now instead of paying back and helping USF to build the program with players on his Team Tampa, he doesn't even put us in his top 5 schools at the end and then chooses UF. Why should I care about him at this point? You shouldn't, that's the point. By posting about his leaving, you show that you do care. Nate is a really good CB and we did really well to win him in a national sweepstakes. Let's keep our eyes on the ones we got and not the ones that got away(was that to New Agey, MB?) I only care about him to the extent it might be used against us in recruiting. For example, even AW's dad couldn't understand why we wouldn't have been in his top 5. That bothered me more than him going to UF.

Could have walked on at USF like Skip did with Lou at ND. Some young adults want to get away from their parent's shadow. Make their own path. We need to let this play out. Long time until signing day. A lot can happen. In the end, we should want young men that want to Bulls.

We've offered the son of Stan Heath a scholarship. Now, that will be interesting to see what he does.
