Due to a child sexual abuse scandal, Paterno's wins from the 1998-2011 seasons were vacated, resulting in his removal from the top of the list of winningest Division I coaches. If you read the article, they're talking about Division I football. Grambling IS Division I football. The article is a little confusing because it goes back and forth between Division I football and FBS. The chart in the article is for FBS coaches.
