And naturally, Brett just keeps putting in the same reference that Leavitt made last year that Fisher might be let back in if he straightened out. I really wish he would have tempered that statement by including the fact that he said it a many arrests ago...

Fisher was released after posting $2,000 bond. Fisher reportedly is attending Hillsborough Community College with hopes to play his final season at USF this fall. If Fisher becomes academically eligible, USF still must petition the NCAA to determine if Fisher violated NCAA rules by playing for a private- club football team last fall. USF coach Jim Leavitt has said Fisher could rejoin the Bulls if he solved all his legal and academic issues.

Are they repeatedly pulling him over for traffic violations?

Perhaps not the best area in which to attempt illegal activities.
