Edwards locally operates The Province Apts. over on McKinley Drive just south of USF campus. Even though it is a tear down with new replacement construction, regulators might not let them get building permits until Fletcher is widened--Fletcher is over capacity now for handling car traffic. Yes, the senior zone is still there and the cops watch that area constantly. Sterling built a nice new complex on 42nd, behind the Greenery. Across the street they built three story townhomes. Look nice though.

Same here. Lived there for 2 years and met great people that I still talk to today. I had a blast there. That was the premier dorms back when I went there

I visited a couple of buddies that lived in Fontana Hall. I had a blast every time. Partied at CCs every night!

I lived there my freshman and sophomore years (01- 03). USF had to use it as well my second year because of the overflow of students living on campus that year. The freshmen on the women's soccer team lived on my hallway, too. Great memories... Great times.

It was pretty cool

Now if only John Knox were to go under as well, the university could really help steer off-campus development in that area.
