IF (Big IF) Ped State gets vote of of BiG, do they become 12 with FSU or go to the Big East.

That's insaine. Penn State is not geting kicked out of the B1G.

Hypothetically speaking, even if they did, I would say Notre Dame and Pittsburgh might be at the top of the list for replacements. Then look for UConn to replace Pitt in the ACC.

Notre Dame has an open invitation to join any conference it wants. The B1G wont let them keep their precious NBC TV deal, losing (and in reality not losing) Penn State wouldn't change that. FSU would be an interesting candidate, but it's just not going to happen.
