From yesterday.

The problem with this is whether the Big XII will take them if they're not free and clear. By taking WVU without them being in the clear, the Big XII opens themselves up for damages too. As I've said for a while, if it is not settled within the next few months I think the Big XII will rescind their invite and look elsewhere.
