If LRS was there I think Mac would have a lifetime contract, but with Wollard there I believe Mac has one more year and then Wollard pulls the plug and gets a big name high profile coach in here.

Money=Results  We need donors to step up as a long time friend says to me "You  Must Invest Money to Make Money"     If donors do not step up we will be watching bad basketball for a long time..............I know this has been debated before but if JL wins big in a few years donors will have to step up to keep him here as well or he will be as good as gone

It wouldn't be right to drop Mac now. Unfortunately, he's here for better or for worse, for another 2 years at least. The only way he leaves sooner is if the donors try to run him out which probably isn't going to happen because we're not going to be expected to do well for a couple years in the Big East, anyway. It's an unfortunate situation that is compounded by Mac's apparent inability to recruit the type of players we need to win.

We don't need a big name coach. But for the $$$ USF has to spend you're not going to get people who are willing to stay once the rebuilding is done.

donors have been stepping up for the facility... we don't have the money for a big name coach... we have to pick a young up and comer, which is what we did.  Now we have to give it time.  YOu guys are so **** impatient.
