Mixing the first batch of sangria today. It has to have a few days in the freezer to make a block of ice.

Pick up the pork butts on Tuesday.

Get them rubbed with my special dry rub, wrap'em and let them dry marinade in the fridge for 24hrs.

Fire up the smoker around 4pm on Wednesday. Smoke the butts for 14-16 hrs.

Thursday morning start pulling and mixing my special finishing sauce for the pulled-pork. Then I'll take a few pounds, chop it up, and start making pulled-pork empanadas. Around 2pm, mix a few gallons of Sangria.

3PM heading out to RayJay.

I wish I could do something like this... I had a kick ass smoked mullet, Alabama slaw, and beer battered hush puppies recipe on deck just for this game. Unfortunately I have to work until 2:30 and can't really lug the supplies around and have them sit in the parking lot all day until I can leave.

So instead I will be picking up 2-3 take out Howie's pizza's, cheesy bread's, and a **** load of beer.
