Agreed. He is deplorable at punt returns. I do not think this loss falls on the shoulders of the coaches. We have weak spots that need to be addressed and we were playing with our 2nd string qb with only his 2nd start (I think that is accurate). I think the coaches played Eveld to the best of his ability with such inexperience.

Playing hard and playing smart are two different things. I'm not putting it all on the players, but come on, how many blown assignments were there? Holtz had to take a time out because on a punt, no one went out to cover the gunner.
