It would also guarantee you guys a bowl since you may be left out at 6-5 since there are so many 7 win or greater teams this year...

Will BJ Daniels be able to play or is he done for the season with the shoulder injury? :unsure:

Do you guys have an accurate passer on the roster? That's what you would need to beat WVU and UofL to prevent from becoming too one dimensional...

WVU's defense stinks but you need both a good passing and running attack to be successful... Your pass D didn't look too good against Miami and could give you problems with both upcoming teams... :unsure:

Anyways, hope you guys succeed. :)

no because it wouldn't change our overall position any more than 1 win. i might for 3 wins (UL, WVU + bowl) as an 8-5 record might help the suicidal chicken littles put the razor blades away until next year.

No kidding, I was contemplating that last night when I posted the standings. Of all teams I'd like not to win the conference, Rutgers is one among seven. Maybe the Big East should just collapse now.

Nope... that made up for the "gift" safety RU gave USF last year in a 1pt win. So we are square... :P

BTW we would have blocked that last kick in regulation by your kicker if he had tried to kick it straight through the uprights instead of shanking it... It was TOO low of a kick to begin with... And would have been blocked by 6,6 Brandon Colemen (watch the replay of the kick again if you like..). ;)

We are now relying on Pitt to win out... :huh::wacko: Or USF to win out (more palatable).

BTW you guys should fix your time stamps on posts, they are 5hrs forward...
