This was expected, this is why WVU went first on Monday.

WVU is a state agency therefore the Big East an nonprofit organization who filed this in Rhode Island is suing West Virginia, BE wants it heard in RI and so they should, but once the legal paperwork is submitted on our behalf to RI, the RI judge will have to say RI has no control over another state therefore it has to be heard in WV.

Then Big East will try having it switched to a federal case, in which we have precedent in RR's case that does not work either.

Therefore BE will either have to come to WV to have case heard, and no WV judge is going to require WVU to stay in BE and the Big East takes the chance of not getting any more or they just take $10-25 million and leave us be in Big 12 in 2012.

Pull up a chair and grab a beer, this will be fun to watch. Since it is WVU, might want to make it one of those old webbed lawn chairs and a PBR...

RR tried to switch to federal court, in other thread where WVU sued BE I posted the federal judges ruling where Feds have no control.

The RI judges ruling will be interesting to see when we submit the West Virginia state legal documents governing WVU.

As for beer my preference is Yuengling, it's original brewer is 20 minutes north of WVU, and I love me some wicker.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
