He had the first block right in front of Hood that opened the hole letting him get the return.  Might not have been the returner, but he definitely had the assist!

That was an awesome return!  I am sure Dottie is having a blast up there watching her son play in the Super Bowl his rookie season.

Jacksonville - Five Super Bowl tickets stir up emotion in Tampa's Dottie Reed. She's ready to cheer on her favorite player in Super Bowl 39- her son, J.R., a defensive back for the Philadelphia Eagles. He's playing in his first Super Bowl in his rookie season.

DOTTIE REED / J.R. Reid's Mom:

"He's always been pretty special. This is just overwhelming."

J.R., a former Hillsborough High and USF star, got Super Bowl tickets for his mom, sister Sunny, brother Estele and fiance, Stacci.
