Guest S. Bien Posted February 7, 2005 Posted February 7, 2005 FSU clearly had the best class, but I'm not sure we are that far behind UF.NAM37I agree. UF signed a very solid class, but it wasn't heads and shoulders ahead of ours. Their two shining talents that make their class are Reggie Nelson, and Jon Demps. The rest are a bit overhyped, David Nelson is good but he jumped to four stars recently. Louis Murphy's overhyped, I think the same about Stamper- not that he isn't great, just a bit overhyped.Portis is the real deal, but we signed two comparable QB's.I would put UF ahead of us in sheer star power, but overall not a class that shines well above us.
