A big giant sinkhole on campus could be used as a sunken coliseum--it'd be like getting a stadium for free. The teams could play at the bottom of the sinkhole and the fans could bring cushions and sit on the sloping sides!

I still think on the corner of Maple and Holly is the best spot. You could curve Holly north in towards Greek Village to make more room, as there is a lot of empty land there until you get to the homes.
