You don't judge off one game and if even if you judged on a body of work there are several AQ teams far worse than USF.

My answer is no.  But teams like Vanderbilt, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Virginia, Minnesota, Iowa State, Washington State, Oregon State.....don't belong either.  We are as good as those teams (or as bad as those teams).  We can't even compete in the Big East.  Its embarassing.  And we want to keep UCF out......

It will be USF getting in or neither gets in don't fool yourself.  Oh **** I forgot I'm talking to a UCF fan.  I think we will be seeing you guys again soon, in C-USA.
