I'm hoping the Big East dissolves and we get invited to the Big 12.   That would be awesome to be able to play Texas and Oklahoma.  I think that a lone would close the gap between us and FSU, UF, and Miami

You have insider knowledge that USF will be in an AQ conference after its all settled? Why do I think that is baseless? And I qualified it my response by "may".  You do know what that word means right?

Navy is a better team than UCF.  Air Force is a better team than UCF.  ECU has actually beaten teams with winning records, including ranked teams.  Houston is almost ranked and has been the last few years. 

All 4 of those teams add to our market value.  The only reason Houston likely isn't an option is TCU doesn't want them in the Big East.  Of course USF doesn't want UCF in the same conference, for the same reasons UF doesn't want FSU in the SEC, and FSU and Miami don't want us in the ACC.  All of the FL schools recognize the recruiting advantages they have and they want to keep them, no matter how large or small they are.

If we get into the Big 12, there is no way I want UCF in an AQ conference still.  Same for FIU or FAU.  Btw, FIU just beat UCF, so maybe Bianchi should be lobying for them instead.
