The NCAA regrets giving SMU the death penalty... no way they do it again... that was a one time deal

Why stop there?  We can always hope that Florida gets voted out of the SEC, opening a spot for USF.

ACC has Florida covered and Miami and FSU dont want any more recruiting competition in Florida. 

Things ain't looking pretty for USF
