No.  I don't think we'd go if Miami were the ACC representative because of the whole re-match thing.  Also, I don't think they'd want us against FSU.  Bowls usually like to have teams that spend money in the area as well as sell tickets.  Two Florida teams would hurt this.

I don't really see that as the case if it was USF-FSU.  Both teams would be coming a considerable distance.  A very small minority of people will be making a day trip from Tampa or Tally.

Have you seen the attendance at the BCS games in Miami the last few years?  They'd probably jump at the idea to get FSU and USF.

If Miami was somehow in the mix they would definitely pass on USF.  We would have just played them.

Yes, but a lot of USF fans would likely only stay one night.  The diehards would be there longer.  Out of state fans stay the weekend or even the whole week.
