It should be Tuesday.  I'll be shocked if we move into the top 25 personally. It would be great for us and the BE. If we take care of Ball State, Florida A&M and UTEP and get to 4-0 , then I would be surprised if we weren't.  Probably after Ball State if it's a convincing win.

My guess is 28th or so and move into top 25 after beating Ball State

I don't really care this early in the season, but as someone else posted in the other thread, it gives us greater visibility in the newspapers, talk shows, tickers, websites, etc. So I hope we sneak in to #25 at least

Notre Dame will be out of the top 25.  Will TCU drop out of the top 25?  The big problem is that only two top 25 teams have lost, so there might only be two openings to jump in.

Only two lost to unranked teams, but more than two lost.

3 Oregon

14 TCU

16 Notre Dame

19 Georgia

No way to know how those teams shuffling around affects the rankings.

We won't be ranked week 2. It doesn't matter anyway. The only thing that matters is winning the big east. We do that and we will be in our best bowl ever.

And the wife and I will be at that bowl.
