Great game. You did the BE proud. The league has started the year off right. I picked you guys to win the league.

Anyway, great game and thank you for beating The Irish.

Thanks!  We are in for a battle when we roll into the Carrier Dome this season.

Thanks!  We are in for a battle when we roll into the Carrier Dome this season.

I wouldn't have it any other way.

If the Big East is good this season and we're the winners, we have a shot at a national title berth.

I like the Big East -- everyone else thinks we are horrible... we still go on to beat other conference marquee teams... and all the Big East teams come over here to support us. It's nice.

Thanks, 'Cuse. It's nice to see the program winning again; I hope you keep it up.

Thanks.  Get ready for USC.  After that Minnesota game they might be a paper tiger (guess we'll find out next week when they play Utah), but ya'll need to shock them.

Good luck until we meet in the dome.

I agree on the Big East.  I think the conference is pretty balanced overall, though it did have some down years.  It was tough to see a great historical program like Syracuse be bad for so long, so I'm happy to see the Orange on their way back up.  The worst team historically is Rutgers and I'm not a Schiano fan, but even Rutgers over the past six years has been good.

Over the past five years, EVERY Big East team has been bowl eligible at least once.  Other conferences have had that happen too (though not the ACC).  And there's been no guarantees at the top of the conference.

Hoping WVU plays up to their talent and beats up on Marshall, making the conference 8-0 in week 1.

Good luck to the Orange this year too!  You've got your chance to make the conference proud and stronger in two weeks when you play USC!

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
