ND Parking

I've been enjoying the discussion leading up to the game and thought I would throw in some helpful travel info for those coming to the game.

Parking at ND can be a *****.  There's not a lot of school sanctioned parking.  The spots close to the stadium will cost you your first born and the public parking set up by the school on the north side of campus is a lifetime away. 

Last year, I created a Google map for those visiting to get a better handle on the parking situation.  It incorporates the ND parking map that someone posted along with some local insights I've gathered over the years. 

Because it's a Google map, feel free to enter in your starting locating to find out the best route to campus, but be aware some routes close closer to game time so it's best to arrive early.

Isn't there a shuttle for the public parking on the north side?

There is a shuttle for the North White Lot.  The line queues up pretty long prior to gametime, it can get hot and drunk.  If you have a game ticket I would suggest the Golf Course.

That map is very much appreciated, Thank you so much for putting that together and sharing with us. Does that Twyckenham Tailgate Lot fill up quickly, and if so how many hours before kick off would you suggest getting there?

You can find spots up to about 3-4 hours before kickoff, but it does get crazy in that area, so the sooner the better.
