Hey all, getting prepared for this season I'm looking at finding a **** good recipe for some buffalo wings. Any and all suggestions are welcome.

I have the recipe for Casey's Cover Buffalo wings.

The "original" buffalo wing recipe is just Franks Hot Sauce and melted butter.

Here's a basic one I do

Season your wings (garlic salt, black pepper, onion powder, paprika)

Grill them until about 1/2 way done and remove them from the grill

Finish them by frying them in peanut oil, no other oil will do

Toss them with your preferred sauce.  Im partial to The Anchor Bar's sauces either medium or suicidal

This is bar none the best way to cook them as far as im concerned you get the nice smokeyness from the grill and the crispy skin and sealed in juiciness from frying.

I have a kick ass reciepe for everything wings... I call em Dixie Wings since everything wings does not have any zing to it.
