How did you find out about the Bullspen?

I should have started this thread during the dog days of summer, but never got the time to do it.

How did you become aware of this awesome site for USF Fans?

I was working at the information desk in the USF Marshall Center (sometime in 2001) and started talking to a man about some of the hoops games coming up and how we needed to rock the dome. The man said that his son was just as interested in USF athletics and that he had created a website for discussing everything USF sports: Southfloridabulls.com and its more famous child, the Bullspen message board. 

It was and still is the designer drug for a Bulls Junkie.

Go Bulls from a guy who can't wait for his first football fix of the year in less than a week.

I became tired of paying money to Rivals only to be deprived of content/a webmaster who even remotely cared about USF let alone the website, so I bit the bullet and signed up on here.

I'm not sure how.  I was in Atlanta at the time and just stumbled on the website.  Needless to say, I'm addicted to the Bullspen.  Pretty much since day 1 too.  I think its been 5 or 6 years now.

I think I started on rivals as well, saw someone said "over on thebullspen..." and came over to check it out. I lurked for a long while, then finally signed up.

It was either 06 or 07 when I started looking for USF forums. I didn't know of any and google told me the way

It's been so long ago, I don't remember. I do know that my first foray into sports message boards was  ESPN and that's where I was first introduced to the whining world of UCF fan ... and at the that time, I had no ******* clue who UCF was.

I was living in South Carolina and did a Google search for, "USF Bulls message board"

Was having a beer by my tent in the early days of GreenbergOpolis when some hot chick walked up to me and introduced herself as Pam after a USF basketball game. Didn't have a clue who she was, but right when I was about to lay it on thick, she introduced to me some 6'10" wooly mammoth getting out of their SUV that looked upon me and said "Me Bam Bam!! That's me Pebbles." From that point on, Bulliever and I have had an understanding that his wife is off-limits, the web site is on-limits, and when it comes to basketball, he's too old to hang with a young pup on the court (although his kids might be able to beat me in the near future). At least that's how I recall it... I'm getting old.
