Is Leprechaun tossing outlawed?  Does it fall under any of the dwarf-tossing laws?  Does Indiana have a dwarf-tossing law? Florida does.  I just want to know if I get close enough.

Your question supposes that you have in fact caught a leprechaun. At which point you should have acquired his pot of gold (or maybe just his yummy cereal). If this is the case, I think you can safely toss the fella and then hire a good lawyer with that gold.

Of course this all hinges on you catching a real leprechaun, and not a fake one giving out cereal or a little person posing as a leprechaun. I suggest confirming leprechaun status before tossing.

I'm not sure what that's supposed to mean, but I feel pretty good about my chances against the ND leprechaun.  He's closer to the one on Lucky Charms than the mean one in the movies.
