But what I am wondering is if this has made our offense look worse than it really is during spring and fall camps. I sense that there is more cohesiveness among the receivers, the OL line and the RBs than there was all of last year. I think our defense stacks up with anyone in the country and perhaps that is why our offense sometimes looks overwhelmed in scrimmage action. Our defense has befuddled some pretty **** good offenses over the last couple of years and now there are claims that we have a D that will be better than 2007. If that is the case maybe our offense is tighter than we might suspect. They have certainly been playing a tough team for a while now.

We won't kow for sure until we seem them against an array of opponents, not just ND who could have a very stout defense as well.

Definitely better than Syracuse game, that was awful. Just watch the USF vs UConn game, we need to be able to put the ball in the endzone. That game showed we have a weak offense.
