I had no idea they are without 2 of their back-up qb's ... Calabrese to season ending injury and the Drama Queen due to academics.

Is Smith out for the semester?

He couldn't "qualify" My guess is he goes to prep school and then mysteriously shows up at Louisville next year. Convenient for the Ville because Teddy Bridgewater is caught up in this mess too.

Looks like Godfrey will be fine from this UM mess... the brainiacs over at the UCiF boards actually found the NCAA bylaws... any transgressions with UM boosters won't affect him at UCF.

Looks like Godfrey will be fine from this UM mess... the brainiacs over at the UCiF boards actually found the NCAA bylaws... any transgressions with UM boosters won't affect him at UCF.

They are citing the recruiting violation section and not the illegal benefits section.  Godfrey received illegal benefits from Shapiro by taking those shoes......
