Just wanted to see how the people on this board felt about the outcome of this game.

Mama, you know we've already had about 3 threads on this.  But I voted anyway because I'm a team player.  ::)  (commentary on me not your thread lest I get chastised)

I didn't realize there had been a similar poll taken. If so, the mods can delete it.

Notre Dame is quite overrated.

They lost to Navy and Tulsa. The reason for optimism on their part is because they beat Utah (who just got destroyed by TCU ending their BCS hopes), Army (who sucks), USC (quality win), and Miami (who's season was in a spiral after losing to a little known program named "USF").

I don't buy that their front 7 are as good as they think they are, and their suspectible secondary WILL get burned by a more accurate BJ who has opportunities because they'll have to load the box to stop Danels, Scott, and Murray on the run.

To be fair, that Miami team was spiraling downward before we faced them.

I think it will ultimately be a W as well, but I expect a battle similar to the game we played against Auburn in 2007.  Hopefully our kicking game will be better than that one.

USF has a chance, it depends obviously on BJ and the running game.

I like the optimism!  I voted yes as well.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
